I did the Donwload and installed as per the video. But when I go to the page to add the blocks, the page appears totally blank, with no tool to add the blocks. What should I do?

I installed in different domains in installations that say from scratch and in others that we use template, but they do not work, give the same error where the screen is white and we can not change anything.
