Hi,

Could you try to switch default template to a standard template of Joomla like Protostar and see how it goes?

Hi its works fine with protostar – Default and ja_mood its works totaly fine

You can share the credentials of your site: Admin + FTP account and clarify the detailed steps to replicate issue, I will check for you.
