I tried several times to load the package jatc_intranet_j3x.zip, via joomla and I have a blank page with the message Err_connection_reset.

I tried also via FTP, and I have the message "unable to unzip".

I don’t have this problem with others templates ou mod.

Could you please explain me what I have to do ?

Hi
If you are installing template kindly check you are download correct package. Its seems you are installing quickstart on Joomla that is not possible.
Also for the error, it may due to your connection or low PHP config. if you are uploading it to server.
