The sidebar-2 position is completely removed, same for slideshow.
I am on the quick-start installation, only changes I have made are in categories. The modules affected have items in their categories.
If I disable this banner module, everything is broken due to the fact that the positions I mention above are completely disappeared.

Also Add screenshot of the problem how to replicate it issue on site . So i can assist you better .
