With extension manager with username and password does not let me update com_jabuilder gives me the following message:
Response from JoomlArt Updater Service: Your account does not have enough permission to take this action. Please contact "JoomlArt Updater Service" for more information or use another account.

what is the problem ?

JA Builder can be updated when you edit the page on the frontend.
Here is documentation for update instruction.
