I ran a migration and received an error for one particular category. I believe that if I migrate all the other categories and not that one, that I will be fine. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin (manually removed everything I could find) but when I reinstall, the category options are greyed out. Where can I reset the flag to tell it they are not migrated yet? I have deleted the categories and articles that did migrate.

Never mind, I found it. Deleted the Associations table entries.
