Hello, could someone tell me please how I can add the Top + Bottom + Module Sections to a blank created Page? If i create them they have just Header Content and Footer

Hi,

When you create a blank page, you can hover on Header/Content/Footer section to add block to associated section: http://prntscr.com/ijqtto

Let me know if you have any issue there and share the credentials of your site.
