Hi, I have an active account but I dont have access to Forum JoomlArt Extensions.
My membership is All Templates & JATC Extensions

Hi,

JATC Standard Membership is for templates access. JATC member can download the JATC (complimentary) extensions which are part of the templates, not all extensions.

As you’re a JATC member, you can access forums of the JATC products only, which are the templates forums. In case you have any question regarding an extension that is part of a specific template, pls just go to the forum for that specific template to submit question.
