September 18, 2017 at 6:31 am #1062608Hi Steve,
Could you share the credentials of site you’re working on so I can check?

September 20, 2017 at 6:39 am #1063054Hi Steve,
It’s weird as when I tried to temporarily set my email as the system admin email > send a contact form (with super admin login ) but there is no email sent to my email inbox.
Could you try to test with another Mailer?
September 20, 2017 at 8:08 am #1063080Hi Saguaros
It is weird. I’ve now tried using all three mailers:
Gmail’s SMTP, Sendmail and PHP Mail – always the same result: Joomla sends the test mails fine, but the JA Builder forms do not.
As soon as I login to my site as Administrator and use Live Edit > Publish on either of the contact forms and then submit them, they work fine, emails arrive in my inbox every time on every mailer type.
I’ve even verified that I can send mail perfectly fine from the command-line using ‘mail’ – works every time, it’s just the JA Builder forms that seem to have this problem.
Thanks,
Steve

September 20, 2017 at 3:00 pm #1063147Same here… :-O
September 22, 2017 at 4:30 pm #1063586Ok so now two people are seeing this. And I can confirm it’s happening on our second site, entirely different server so that’s at least three Builder installs.
Is someone from JoomlArt working on this?
Without a working contact form our site is pointless.
Thanks
