You was using JA Mono template on this menu type , that is causing the issue , i changed the template style to uber and not its working fine . This type of menu is build for JA Uber .

Thanks for fixing this. Now. If i want to show the categories on top Just Like Ja Mono it is not showing . Please help me fix this too.
