Hello, I would like to report one bug with Purity III login form
Login form has following errors and they are visible in demo.
Also this problem has kunena just to mention if you stumble on its login module:

Which I have reported to them.

This is reported by chrome console.

Hi,

Do you use any other extension which also uses login form on your site? as Purity III doesn’t override default login module of Joomla, T3 has override for login module in: root/plugins/system/t3/base-bs3/html/mod_login/default.php

but if you open this file, there is no duplicated IDs like Chrome reports. So try to check other extension on your site first.

Thanks for your report. And yes, in our demo site, we use different login form there: easysocial, kunena, etc… It may come from there.
