Hi Kindly check you are running on latest version of T3 and template . Also check the File and folder permission on your site , it should755 for directories
644 for files . Hope it helps .

Hi, thanks for the reply. In terms of the version…yup, installed moments after download…doubt that they released a new version in the 12 minutes from the download to the install 🙂

Just to confirm in terms of folder/file permissions: you say 644 for folders and 755 for file? Mine is the exact opposite and the site has been running for years with different templates over the years. Should they really be the opposite as you mention here?
