I went to them, the creator of this Component for SEO Glossary and they are saying it’s the template.

Hi,

I tried to assign that ‘Add new entry’ to default Joomla template but it looks the same when using our template: http://prntscr.com/idghbn

Could you clarify the difference here so I can check?

ok a new person from Joom United went in and fixed it just before you looked at. Looked at the time stamps from there end and here.
