Trying to find discount or offers to renew membership but cant find it, or is there any other ways to do this??

If you make a renewal within 30 days of expiry of membership will be with 30 % off. Could you please give me your username for further check as you appears with free membership.

my user name is always been same but dont remember recieving anything regarding membership and did ask same question to support but never had a reply..
