    Hi All,

I’ve got a site that has been using JAEM for several years and the associated directory is sitting at over 100MB in space; something that is causing a problem for my client. As many of these files are well and truly superceded (dating back to 2015), is there any way of safely deleting them? Easiest would be to simply delete them from the cPanel file manager, but I don’t want to do that without knowing that it is safe for me to do so.

    Thanks in advance,

    Hi
You can delete the backup files from JA Extension Manager component.
Open it Repository extension > Template > backup.
You can delete files as per needs.

    Hi,

That’s fantastic. I’ve tried it on a backup of the site and it worked amazingly well, removing about 80MB from the size of the directory if I kept the last 2 backups and dumped the rest.

    Thank you very much.
