@teleactive1: You just simply go to Template Manager >> Purity III – Default >> assign this template style to your FlexiContact menu item page. The content of this component will show properly then.

This does not work either. I already had that menu selected and turned on.

@teleactive1: In fact, you missed to assign Purity_III_Default template style as i suggested. Anyways, now you can go to Template Manager >> Purity III – Features Intro 2 (2) >> Layout tab >> select Default. By this ways, the layout will contain the component position to display the content of your FlexiContact component.
