When enable Sj News Ticker, JA Image Hotspot not working well, no Tooltips displays

Tooltips work when Include jQuery is no, at Sj News Ticker.
I think it is a problem to JA

Hi enisal,

Actually, you need to turn off ‘Include jQuery‘ in Sj News Ticker module as jQuery has been included in T3 framework already. Loading this library twice will cause unexpected problem.
