I’ve updated this css rule:

.items-leading {
    padding-bottom: 36px;
    margin-bottom: 48px;
    border-bottom: 1px solid #eeeeee;
}

into the ‘custom.css’ file on your site to style for leading item in category blog page.

and the image is showing now.

Fantastic 😀

But I need to add custom css to make it perfect because the div class is different. The original one is

<div class="pull-left item-image article-image article-image-full">

but the modified one is

<div class="pull-left item-image">
