Total css mess, when i disable color, enable font. ?

This templates require some installation with JA News and JA Header modules
I am not sure what is the exact problem you are having…

I have both modules, everything works fine until I am trying to disable colors/enable fonts then everything cascades all over the screen – a total mess. When Iam changing back to color and fonts everything is back inorder? I am using IE7
