Hi,
I would like the icon back to top copyright lasts for the area and will not appear on the bottom of the page at the bottom.
Can I change this?

You can modify the css file as follows:

Open the templates/purity_iii/css/template.css file,

Change

#back-to-top.affix {
bottom: 40px;
}
To

#back-to-top.affix {
bottom: 187px;
}

You can change the px value of bottom as you wish.
