Article images are not displaying on my site as shown in the template demo.

How do I get the product to appear like in the demo?

The image is not showing in individual article views.

For instance, the uploaded demo image oslodemo.png shows how the image and title are supposed to display, according to the demo but as you can see, in the image osloinidivualarticle.png, the image and title are not showing up as they appear in the product demo.

Have customised the php files?
I can see the image is loading but its commented out http://prntscr.com/eex80p
I have to replace the files with fresh template files.

This looks like a bug that image is used by masthead module on the full article page.
I created a bug report for the development team to fix it.

Hi Pankaj, I see that possibly you (?) logged into my site’s backend yesterday (?) and fixed the issue of article images not appearing but now there’s this weird blue space above categories on category pages… which I suspect must be related to whatever changes were made.

Do I need to open a separate ticket for that issue?

HI @mikodragonfly,

That was me.

The weird blue space is JA Masthead module. You can avoid it by adding default module background.

Please check the config on the attachment.
