You used old version of JA Admin template, I installed latest version for you and the menu is showing fine now.

Hi,

I can’t access your site again so pls try to download this zip file: https://we.tl/AHQPwLGDVg

You need to unzip this file first, there will be 3 zip files there:
1) Install this file: backend_template_package.v1.0.6.zip
2) Then install 2 other files: plg_system_admintplhelper.zip and tpl_ja_admin.zip

Clear all caches and let me know how it goes.
