I have been a member for two years now. The first year and a half I probably didn’t even post 5 questions. When I started to ask questions at first the responses were timely and helpful.

Then it started taking days to weeks to get responses, with responses like “we do the best we can” or no response.

I sent messages to Hung Dinh for assistance with no response.

The product is sold with support, but with no recourse is not given.

Either raise the price of membership so you can afford more support people or limit the amount of members so that support can be given otherwise you are not fulfilling your end of the contract.

    HI fbnraider,

I admit that we had support issues in the past 1-2 months, however we are covering up and well on track. Please let me know if you have any pending issues which require urgent attention… i shall get them answered / fixed.

Hiring new support staff is not a problem, but to find good one’s is really difficult.

    Regards

    Arvind

    Arvind,

    Thank you for being open.
The site http://www.essentialtransformations.com/ the pictures disappear and reappear. Pavit told me to upgrade all the modules and after doing so my site crashed. I posted the results and the module I thought was the problem, but I never heard back from him.

The other one is http://www.westsidesewing.com. To get the footer to look the way it does I needed to modify the html to get it to work right, because I could not find where to change the CSS.

    Thank you,
    Raider

I did pm, but I sent it to Arvid. Should I send it to JA Developer or Linh?

Yes, you should have sent to JA Developer, as it was asked by her.

I got your membership extended as discussed in PM chat with you and i asked JA Developer to take over the thread to solve your problem on an urgent basis and she has been waiting to hear from you, i checked this thread few times but i saw that you have not replied to the request to share the logins.

Send it to her too and i shall ask the developer to check your issue the first thing monday morning. We are off on the weekend.

    Regards

    Hi fbnraider,

I checked your site, currently footer on your site is disabled if you want to change or customize footer page

    http://www.essentialtransformations.com

    <blockquote>/templates/ja_methys/css/template.css</blockquote>

If you want to customize and override footer page

    copy
    <blockquote>plugins/system/jat3/jat3/base-themes/default/html/mod_footer/default.php</blockquote>

    paste

    <blockquote>templates/ja_methys/html/mod_footer/default.php</blockquote>

    and update it.

T3 framework plugin should not be edited, as it makes the updates difficult, template using t3 framework supports overrides with copying similar files from the plugin to the template folder.

Thank you for checking, but it is http://www.westsidesewing.com that I am having problems with the footer. wwww.essential transformations.com is having problems with the slideshow. When I try to update components it crashes, meaning the site will not come up.

    Thank you,
    Raider

    Hi Raider,

Would you mind share with us some screenshots of the errors and your expectation on your site:

    http://www.westsidesewing.com -> footer
    and
    http://www.essentialtransformations.com/ ->slideshow

Upon the screenshots, I shall provide a solution back to you ;).

    For EssentialTransformations.com
If you go to the site after the second picture the slideshow goes blank.

    For http://www.westsidesewing.com
I have it looking the way I want it, but by adding HTML code to the article, I would like to be able to do it by modifying the CSS.
Here is a link to the thread that explains the problem in more detail.
