The same problem with Purity III, BreezingForms, Kunena and others, but not all.

May be the problem is with Purity III or Joomla version.

Hi,

I’m not entirely sure about the issue here, did you try to switch default template on your site to a standard template of Joomla like Beez/ Protostar and see how it goes?
