I am using the quickstart for Purity III. I get this error after install:

500 – Cannot create css cached file in development folder: t3-assets/dev

I guess the error was that your site could not create css and cache files into t3-assets folder, please check the permission on your site again.

PS. I tried but could not access your site.

Did you try to test creating new files or folders on your site?

If that does not help, please send me URL of your site, admin and FTP credentials via private message. I will help to check further.
