Masthead not showing in article and New Article with no Extra Fields

Hello, I'm creating a website with JA City Guide template, and I'm having some issues...
First of all when I create a New Article it doesn't show the Extra Fields Tab (location, phone number, etc...) ... What is happening?
Second, even in the Quick Start installation, the masthead article doesn't show... In an Hotel article it doesnt show the masthead with the name of the hotel, the address and the stars review...

Hope you can help me, please...

Also I'm working on localhost in my computer so I can't provide credentials to access the website.

You should edit category where you want to add article and assign to it the Extrs-Field Review
