I've just purchased Jomsocial and trying to read the support forum.
All I can see is the initial question even though I am logged in.
The link to see replies https://www.jomsocial.com/store gives a 404 response.
cyberhorse Hi All the downloads and forum and present on new site. On Jomsocial.com there is older forum and translation packages. I can see JS Standard membership is active on your profile and you posted on correct forum.
Let me know if there is any issue.

The link message says - "You need a valid subscription to view replies."
I do have a valid subscription and I am logged in.

Can I just check you are logging in with the correct account
I can see two accounts one current and one expired - the emails are quite similiar
expired is net.au email current is com.au email
It is also possible that you need to log out and clear your browser cache and then log back in

Its very odd that on some Jomsocial threads like this one I can read all the replies but on others I get the "You need a valid subscription to view replies." above the blue button with the 404 link.
Why is that?
cyberhorse Hi You purchase Jomsocial standard membership that allow you to download Jomsocial and give you access for Jomsocial forum and all free products forum. Since you do not have membership to access other products, you need a subscription.
I don't understand what you mean by "other products" since the only forum I'm reading is the Jomsocial one.
At the top of this page it says Jomsocial and Jomsocial Core.
I'm not trying to read the forum for other products.
cyberhorse Hi Kindly share full page screenshot of error and URL of forum that you want to access so i can check it. At the moment since you are writing on this forum, you have full access for Jomsocial core forum.
