Change footer bacckground color and copyright info

I can not find how to change the background color of the footer and also not how to change the copyright information in the footer

To change footer background add this below code to your custom.css file

.t3-footer {
background:#yourcolor!important;
}

If you do not have already a custom.css file then create a new one in this folder /templates/ja_fit/css/

The change of copyright info went good, the change of the background not. In the email I got was the following:

but this is no good syntax. What is wrong? I have the impression I did everything axactly as stated.

It works correctly since your css is loaded

Try to change with an hex code to test it #c00
