I can't upload images to the site.

After updating the site, I'm getting an error when I try to upload images.
The error is:
Property 'name' of argument 'item' of event onFetchMediaItem has a wrong item. Valid: non empty string

Hi Sergio,

It looks like that a third-party plugin handling Joomla’s Media events is returning invalid data. Could you temporarily disable 3rd party extensions on your site to find out which one causes this?

Phoca Download
OS Image Gallery (Ordasoft)
Phoca Download
Phoca Favicon
The site behaves the same way when I try to upload an image:
"Property 'name' of argument 'item' of event onFetchMediaItem has a wrong item. Valid: non-empty string"
What could be the problem?

I took a backup of your website and tested it in my local environment. The upload function works correctly there.

This suggests the issue is likely server-related, such as incorrect file permissions, insufficient disk space, or another hosting configuration issue.

Could you please contact your hosting provider and ask them to check the server for any upload restrictions or configuration problems?
