Color changes are not saved.

Hey everyone,
i would like to change the colors in the header and footer. However, when I change the color in the Template Designer and click "Save," the changes are not applied. I have already cleared the Joomla cache and tried multiple browsers, but the result is the same everywhere. I would appreciate some quick assistance—thanks!

Hi Christian,

Under Theme Color settings, there are different profiles, please make sure that you're using the correct profile + template style.

You can share the URL of that page + Super admin account + the color you changed. I will check directly for you.

I have added the access credentials to the post. I would like to set the footer to gray—it is currently black—and the top bar to white (which is also currently black). I might need to change other colors as well, but as of now, I’m not sure yet. Incidentally, absolutely no changes are currently being saved via the Template Designer.

This is related to the Color Palettes feature in the template. A palette is a predefined set of color settings, including background color, text color, link color, and link hover color, which makes it easier to customize the site’s appearance consistently. Each palette can be assigned to specific sections through the template’s Layout settings.

On your site, both the Topbar and Footer sections are currently assigned to the Dark palette. This palette is configured with a dark background, white text, and related color settings, as shown under the Theme Color settings.

To change the appearance, simply assign a different palette to the Topbar and Footer sections in the Layout settings. The new color scheme will then be applied automatically.
