swipper.min.js of joomla ja good give error in firefox F12

hi i'm sincerrely sorry to disturb you but i've got an error loading ja good template.

on swipper.min.js with firefox and F12 (to show whats going on at loading the website page)

and i guess that is filling my server error log, as its an error 403 screen shot attached,

hope we can fix that, i'm using ja good 2.2.0 (last release)
