I wanted to reach out regarding the recent changes to your subscription model.
I’m honestly very disappointed to see that the extensions-only subscription option is no longer available. As someone who has used your extensions rather than templates, this change makes it difficult to justify continuing with your products.
Being required to move to a higher-cost bundled plan to access extensions I’ve already been using doesn’t feel like a reasonable or flexible option.
Because of this, I’ll be moving forward with finding alternative extensions to replace the JoomlArt products currently in use.
I’ve appreciated the functionality your tools have provided over the years, and this change is especially frustrating. I hope you’ll consider offering more flexible subscription options again in the future.
