Different module in template in different language

Hi @ all!

I have a problem with Purity IV template.
I create 2 copies of Purity IV template for English language and Italian language. Now I'm looking for to put different module, by language, in footer. But if I put "Navigation" module in IT template the same module is in EN template. How I can fix this?
I hope I describe in the right way the problem.
