T4 Plugin Updates but Template Does Not

Hey all,
I’ve noticed that the T4 plugin has been updating normally through Joomla’s update system, but the T4 template has not updated.
I’m using the T4_bs5_blank template and my version is 1.2.5 but the current version of the template is 1.3.0. Is this expected behavior?

For now, you can download the template here https://www.joomlart.com/member/downloads/joomlart/t4/t4-framework-new and install normally.
