Hello JoomlArt team,
We purchased the T4 Framework along with the JA Athena template, which we are currently using to build a website based on Joomla 5.4.
We recently also installed T4 Page Builder, in order to create certain pages more easily. At the moment, our site consists of:
-Module-based pages built exclusively with JA Athena / modules.
-Pages created with T4 Page Builder (component).
We are now at the stage where we want to make the site bilingual (with a language switcher). If possible, we would like to avoid creating duplicate pages/copies for each language (so the database is not overloaded and management remains easier).
Ideally, we are looking for:
A recommended solution/approach for automatic translation, so that we can have one page and have it displayed in two languages depending on the switcher selection, without having to create “duplicate” pages/menu items — and for this solution to work both: for the module-based pages (JA Athena / modules), and for the pages built with T4 Page Builder.
Alternatively:
We would also accept a solution using a multilingual/translation plugin where translations are done manually, but still without duplicating pages (i.e., without needing to “copy” the same page/structure per language).
If you could recommend the correct/best-practice approach for multilingual setup with Joomla 5.4 + T4 Framework/Page Builder, it would help us a lot, as we are currently stuck.
Thank you in advance for your support,
MetaDigi
