According to Sag "the download section, with the “JA Template” subscription, you’ll gain access to forums for all templates and JoomlArt’s extensions.'
I recently renewed Template subscription. There is no option for Extensions so one would assume if included in the template it would be included in the subscription or the template is useless.
For several extensions there is no abililty to update or read the forum discussions which is misleading. We get the message that we need a valid subscription to view or download.
If the templates require paid addon subscriptions it should be noted or if included please fix the ability to download
