Error 404 backend +Error 500 frontend

Hi Friends!
I need your help.
I don't understand what's happening, but these problems have arisen on my site:
1) I can't customize the mega menu.
2) The admin panel is currently giving me a 404 error.
3) The frontend is giving me a 500 error.
Can you look into what's going on?

Could you please enable the debug mode and error reporting?

I attempted to access the FTP account you shared, but it appears to be in the wrong directory of the current website. Could you please verify this as well?

II'm sorry, I already changed the FTP access settings. Please check the login details again.
I can't see that the details have been changed correctly; I still see the same thing as before.
I can't access the backend, so I can't enable debug mode or error reporting.
