Cannot Buy Now on Ad Agency as "product not found"

Hi,
The Purchase button on iJoomla for Ad Agency gets Product not found! warning on the page.
We are looking to renew a license for Ad Agency so that we can continue to run it through the life of Joomla5.4.
Documentation says Ad Agency7 is compatible with 5.4. We have 7.0.0 installed and see issues with old 4.x code errors and are unable to use it on our testing system. Is 7.1.1 improved to be compatible?

If so, how do we renew our license?

Ad Agency Pro is not ready for Joomla 5.4 or Joomla 6 yet, it's working with (up to) Joomla 5.3.4 only.

Do you have any backup of previous Joomla version of your website? if yes, please try to restore it.

We renewed based on it being in the roadmap for j6 - now apparently it will never be ready as mentioned in another thread. How do I get a refund.
