JA Joomla Extension forum access

Hi, I understand that with my new subscription I should be able to view the forum "JA Joomla Extension", but I can't.

I noticed this because I'm having a problem with Ja Extension Manager, and perhaps there's a solution here, but I can only see the opening post:
