It seems that the FTP account is pointing to a blank directory, could you check again?

You can make a test by renaming this folder: /templates/ja_good/html/com_content/featured/ and see whether the info shows up or not.

I noticed that you overrode the block.php file at the following path:

/templates/ja_good/local/html/layouts/joomla/content/info_block/block.php.

In that override, the author display section was commented out, which caused the author to no longer appear on the frontend.
I have now removed the commented code from your override.

Could you please check again and confirm if everything is displaying correctly?

I moved the author block to below the article title via file: /templates/ja_good/local/html/com_content/article/default.php

but it seems that there is cache settings in your server side, could you clear caches there?
