Not see public menu items when logged in as Registered. What is the access setting?

Here are Access Level in Joomla:
Public: Visible to everyone (guests and all logged-in users, including Registered).
Guest: Visible only to non-logged-in users (guests). Logged-in users (e.g., Registered) cannot see these items—they simply don't appear in the menu.
Registered: Visible only to logged-in users (e.g., Registered and higher groups). Guests cannot see these.

If you want a menu item not appear for logged-in users, Guest is the access level you need.
