It looks like the backend template tweaks aren't showing up on the frontend yet. Sounds like classic server-side caching at play.
Quick fix to try first: Head to your hosting panel and clear any server caches (look for a "flush cache" button in cPanel/Plesk). Then hard-refresh the site (Ctrl+F5 or incognito mode) and check again.
