It seems that you're using a Menu module, not megamenu supported in template, could you try the megamenu?

Thanks. I must be missing some parameter setting.

If I disable my Menu module and enable megamenu, I do not see a menu at all. If I enable my Menu module and also enable megamenu, I see the menu but cannot get any of the submenus.

Digging into this more.
We want to continue to define the menu structure with the Joomla menu system, not independently with MegaMenu.
MegaMenu looks great, but we really don't need its features.
Is there a way to do this?

I just loaded the megamenu element into the layout of template on your site:

You can configure megamenu under Navigation settings of template.
