We have pending issues yet to be resolved.

The Mobile Logo and Favicon changed on the template do not save
The Products Module do not display the category we have chose for it, rather, it displays all products from all categories. It is displaying all the products at the frontend.
Where can I change Jpages, JContents in the Mega Menu
The card pop up does not display as demo
The cart page writes error on the top

1/ As I can see that mobile logo is showing correctly now. With favicon, could you try to manually replace the default favicon? /templates/ja_agrivita/favicon.ico

2/ The module Checkout New Products is set to show all latest products now, could you check again?

3/ Jpages, JContent, ... are menu items in Main menu and it looks like you disabled them already.

4/ Here is how the popup of add to cart looks like:

it looks the same as demo site, could you share more details of the difference?

I checked and discovered that:
The website no longer adds to cart as the cart page does not open
Also, we need the product module to display a specific categories assigned to it and not all categories. This is not happening. You can check the Product Module Label Urea, Amonia and NPK Fertilizers and see that it displays products not assigned to it.
Thirdly, see the uploaded image here and tell how we can change the J!Page, J!Contents to the title of choice
