Please check both images.
The second image shows the page when a user is logged in, and the first image shows the page when the user is not logged in.
I want the video to play in both cases — whether the user is logged in or not.
I have already checked the JomSocial dashboard, and all required permissions are enabled for guest users. The video item also has public access.
However, the video still does not play for guest users.
Please look into this issue.
