I have students (us-socem820) who have viewed all the lessons, but in the student panel, their progress is never marked as “Completed,” so they cannot download their certificate.
(I reset their progress myself from the admin panel and replayed the lessons for that user, but it still doesn't mark the course as completed).
Also, when downloading the report, the recorded progress does not match the actual progress of some students. What can I do?
