Formatting Issue with S5 Image and Content Fader v4

I have migrated a site from Joomla 3 that used the Business Pro template and version 3 of the image and content fader to Joomla 5. I've installed the Curb Appeal template and Image and Content fader v4 (version 4.5.0). I've used the same template and same version of the image and content fader on two other sites and the title and text are formatted correctly. But on this site, the text that appears over the image is not formatted correctly. Hoping you can take a look and pinpoint where the issue lies.

You're using HTML Method for the content display of this module, however, the image text is not set with correct HTML mockup.
