Renewal button not displaying on the subscriptions section

My subscriptions are about to expire (JA Pro on 11/4 and JA Extensions on 11/8) but no renew button is available on teh subscription page (just upgrade). I've received e-mails about renewal discounts, but I cannot renew.

Suggestions?

Hi Dave,

We've recently merged our subscription plans into 2 main plans only: https://www.joomlart.com/pricing

JA Template Plan – for customers who only need templates + JA Extensions
JA One Plan – for customers who need access to all products

You can signup for "JA Template" to have access to both templates and extensions.
