JA Template Plan and Forum Access

I understood that the JA Template Plan would include access to all JoomlArt, Gavick, etc. templates, and JA Extensions + Builders.
And indeed, I can download the Gavick template.
But why can't I access the Gavick forums, for example?

This is what I read.
Among other things the status I read on the forum is still JA Pro which expired yesterday (but I currently have JA Template valid for one year).
