Masthead problem and extension manager

Hi i have problem with Ja Masthead when i go to module i am getting error

and when i try to update with extension manager i got

all my info are good i checked that

Joomla! 5.4.0... PHP 8.3.25

so everything is working now .. but extension manager is still down
